Creating in Moderation

Phern from Oakland, California is a recent graduate from Occidental College, with a BA in theater and public health. Phern is a versatile entertainer with experience in a variety of musical forms. Her early beginnings involved her in an all girls band Sisters Keeper while working alongside artists such as Dwayne Wiggins, from Tony Toni Tone. Later, Phern went on to becoming an individual artist and then completing a project with Wyclef Jean.
